Virtual is the new normal

Posted by admin on May 14, 2020

Seniors are embracing 'Just Live' as a way to control how they want to live their lives now and plan for the future. Recently the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we live, work, socialise and obtain information. Accessing information and services via online platforms such as Zoom, facetime, facebook messenger, WhatsApp and Skype to name a few is fast becoming the new normal. And yes – even for seniors! A recent poll shows that 84% of senior respondents said they had used an online platform recently to connect with friends, family or to talk to service providers or other professionals.

In 2020, come and join us for the Virtual Seniors Expo! The Virtual Seniors Expo is a fantastic opportunity to continue to connect and be informed, all from the comfort and safety of your own home. The Virtual Seniors Expo will link thousands of seniors with hundreds of products and service providers as well as presenting a range of informative and interactive presentations delivered by industry experts. The expo will be available across four regions – in Sydney-NSW, Melbourne-VIC, Brisbane-QLD and Gold Coast QLD.

The Virtual Seniors Expo is a welcoming hub where thousands of people get the support and information they need. A one-stop-shop for innovative programs, services, equipment and technologies, in a live and interactive easy to use format.
